WAVE has continued to strengthen its role in education by integrating Information Technology into its programs. With the generous support of the Orphaned Starfish Foundation, our learning centers have been equipped with computers and internet access, giving children the chance to develop vital digital skills. Training sessions for both students and teachers in computer literacy, online research, and digital communication are opening doors to opportunities that were once out of reach, preparing young people for success in an increasingly technology-driven world.
At the same time, WAVE’s child sponsorship program has continued to transform lives by ensuring that vulnerable children can access quality education without interruption. Sponsorship provides school fees, uniforms, learning materials, and even meals where necessary, easing the burden on families and creating the stability children need to thrive. Thanks to this support, children who might otherwise miss out on schooling are now attending classes regularly and excelling academically.

Looking to the future, WAVE is excited to expand its impact by establishing an educational center in Naivasha. This center will serve as a hub for both academic and IT training, mentorship, and personal development.
